Three Month Coaching Package

In my experience, three months is an optimal time for clients to receive the best outcomes from our work together. Over the three months we will meet together thirteen times, either in-person from my cosy therapy room on The Terrace (Wellington Central) or via zoom or phone from the comfort of your own home/space. In between sessions you will also have the option to check in by email during business hours - so you will be sure to feel supported along your journey.

How is the three months structured?

Your three months might look different to the next person, and it will be structured depending on what you need. However, generally, you can expect the following:

Month One: Exploring your current reality (what has been going on and what brought you here), receiving clarity, support and setting goals and intentions.

Month Two: This is where things start to get more practical. I will introduce you to different tools, practices and strategies to support you with where you are at. We will likely do some mindfulness and meditation exercises together and I will suggest some assignments for you to take home and begin integrating.

Month Three: Integration. By this stage you will likely have a deeper understanding and appreciation for yourself, what you need and how you can continue to support yourself. This month we will continue practicing and will go a little deeper into self-work and self-care. By now you will have your very own toolkit of personalised resources to help you live an optimally healthy and flourishing life, and I will help you to integrate these tools moving forward.

And then…is that it?

My style of working with people is a little different to other coaches, therapists and practitioners. For starters, I don’t think there is anything wrong with you - you are not broken and so we do not need to spend years and years trying to fix you. I do acknowledge, however, that you are human and that us humans do need on-going support (I see a coach myself every month for this reason). Three months should be enough to access profound clarity, insight and self-love, and learn the tools and skills that they you came here for. However, many clients will choose to continue our sessions ongoing - maybe once a fortnight or once a month for a check-in and follow-up. Because we already have the foundation of our three months together, these follow-up sessions can be incredibly valuable and I can continue to support you on a very deep level even if we are not meeting as regularly as before. Also, clients who have previously signed up for a three month package will receive a discount on any follow-up session that they choose to take.

So, here is what’s included:

  • Ten 60-min sessions over the period of three months

  • Three 30-min phone or zoom sessions

  • Invitation to check-in by email during business hours (I aim to respond within one business day)

  • Personalised exercises and activities to help you achieve your goals in a fun and nourishing way (i.e. guided meditations, yoga exercises, psychology interventions, fun tasks).

  • Significantly discounted prices when compared to paying for individual sessions

  • A 10% discount on any additional follow-up session/s

  • Greater flexibility when it comes to re-scheduling appointments (see below).

  • A risk-free cancellation policy (see below)

And here’s the investment:

$1500 paid upfront. This covers the whole three months and saves you over $500 when compared to paying for individual sessions.

Or…

$515 p/month, invoiced monthly. This option will save you over $450 compared to paying for individual sessions.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

I have made working with me as accessible and risk-free as possible. 

Following sign-up, clients may cancel their package and receive a full refund with the following exceptions:

  • $180 will be deducted/charged for each session already used

  • $180 will be deducted/charged for any session scheduled to take place within the next two business days.

  • $180 will be deducted/charged for any session that was previously re-scheduled with less than two business days notice, and then cancelled.

  • An additional $50 administration fee will be incurred if cancellation takes place after the first 14 days of sign-up.

  • No refunds will be offered after 90-days of sign-up, regardless of how many sessions have been used.


Re-scheduling Appointments

As a courtesy, it is appreciated that clients offer as much notice as possible (and at least 24 hours) if re-scheduling an appointment is needed. Clients who have signed up to my three-month package will not be charged any fee for re-scheduling their appointments. The exception to this is if an appointment is initially rescheduled with less than 1 business day notice, and is then later cancelled. 

When rescheduling appointments clients must note that they are responsible for ensuring that they are still able to attend all thirteen sessions within the three months allocated. 

Extensions to the Three-Months

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they can attend all thirteen sessions within the three-months allocated. If a suitable effort has been made to complete all sessions within the given time-frame but, due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, it has not been possible, an extension may be granted. Extensions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will very rarely extend more than one additional month. No refund will be offered after 90-days of sign-up. 

** If the Christmas/New Year period falls within your three months, your package will automatically be extended for an additional two weeks.
